STORY
Oceanside Consulting is about making your adventure as successful as it can be.
In the late 1980s, I launched a career as a nurse to make my own adventure possible: surfing in iconic Marrawah, on the West Coast of Tasmania. When I injured my shoulder in the surf, I realised it would be difficult to continue as a nurse.

An avoidable mistake had changed my life.
How could I turn everything I had learned, as a surfer and as a health professional, into a new business? I realised something was missing in the huge projects going up around me, especially in health. I went back to school to hone my management skills, to help others manage and drive infrastructure and construction projects, to help them avoid the avoidable mistakes.
​
I completed a Master of Business while independently managing one of the most significant community projects the North West Cancer Centre, at the North West Regional Hospital. Overlooking details can have devastating consequences on project outcomes. Projects can be time consuming and both financially and emotionally draining. Yet we can avoid so much of it through exceptional project management. My role is to steer my clients toward success, to make every idea, every project, and every adventure a reality.
